Samsung S10 5G launches, with bigger and better spec than the S10+

It’s been barely over a month since the S10 E, S10 and S10+ had launched globally and broke pre-order and sales records from previous generations and now Samsung has officially unveiled a 4th variant – S10 5G.

The main feature here is the 5G connectivity which can be up to 20x faster than 4G LTE.

That’s not all that’s different though. The S10 5G also gets a massive 6.7″ screen, (The s10+ only had 6.4″), and this bigger footprint has allowed Samsung to fit in a bigger 4500Mah battery. The storage used in the device is also expected to be 2x faster than the UFS2.1 found on the s10+

A user (Chad Balbacal) has also posted a photo in one of the local PG groups.

You can check it out here.

Unfortunately, it’s only available in South Korea for now and goes for a staggering 1,200USD for a 256G variant.

To put that in perspective, the 1TB model of the S10+ is just a bit over 1,300USD.We’re not sure which countries will get it as 5G is not yet globally available but the US market will get it late April or early May this 2019
