It’s April and we can’t wait for the tech posts! Here’s our favourite.

Posted about 2 years ago on Nvidia’s twitter, the G-assist was a USB GPU that enabled performance boosts for your PC.

While it was too good to be true, a lot believed it was a real product and wished it would come soon.

Unfortunately, it was just a prank. The hardware really did land worldwide though but as a real USB storage drive and not the G-assist we were all hoping for.

A part of us still believes this can become a reality someday though.
