Carl Pei, co-founder of OnePlus, has publicly confirmed that the OP6, the follow up to the best selling One Plus 5T will indeed have a notch. He states that the notch is for good reason and that the OnePlus implementation will be “better” that those before it.
The new model is expected to launch around end of Q2 2018 and hit the 549-599USD price point making it the most expensive OnePlus phone to date. With that price though, we can expect top notch specs including the latest Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of Ram, 128GB of Memory and more! Unfortunately, we believe that OnePlus will be sticking with a 16:9 2280×1080 Display rather than go WQHD+ or similar.
