It’s been one year since the Xiaomi Mi 6 came out so the 7 is due anytime soon. Coincidentally, a weibo account has posted a burning image of a 7, along with the May 23rd date and a Xiaomi Mi Logo at the top – implying a device with a 7 launching on said date.

While this isn’t an official invite by Xiaomi as they usually post teasers on their official weibo account, we can’t help but lean towards believing the legitimacy of the possible release. The OnePlus 6 is to launch on May 16th and knowing the history between OnePlus and Xiaomi, they always tend to want to outdo each other.

Both the OnePlus6 and Xiaomi Mi7 is expected to launch with a Snapdragon 845 8GB of Ram and 6inch 18:9 Screen with a notch. The Xiaomi is expected to rock a fingerpring sensor on the display itself though, upping the One Plus 6 in Unique features.
