Apparently, we might be seeing soon Spotify’s first hardware entry in the music industry.

In its own Reddit and support forum, multiple users reported that a splash screen appeared in their Spotify app which shows a rather intriguing product which shows a round puck-like device attached to a car airvent with what seems to be a touch screen in the middle with a green light strip around it. It also comes with 2 physical buttons on the side which based on the icons, are loop and back controls.

There are little to nothing news about this, but it also indicated a subscription-based mode to acquire it, which is typical Spotify.

2 rumors also indicated that either this might come with Amazon Alexa integration or comes in 4G LTE to work on its own without a device needed.
