It’s official! The Zenfone 5 is priced at an incredible Php19,995!
It’s an important day for Asus Philippines as they go #BackTo5. Having to live up to the success of the original Zenfone5 from 5 years ago, the 2018 Zenfone 5 Ze620KL has some big shoes to fill.
The Philippines is the 3rd country to launch the Zenfone 5, right after Taiwan and Singapore which launched it last April 13. It was also the first time the phone was unveiled with any pricing as only the higher end variant Zenfone5Z was priced when it launched last MWC in Barcelona.
We were actually surprised at the SRP as it follows the global SRP or 399USD quite closely, at only 19,995. Conversion rates actually put the PH SRP much lower than the TW and SG counterparts.
